Good afternoon! Any insight would be greatly appreciated.....I have a customer who's parallels audio driver magically began malfunctioning and I can't get it to reinstall. The customer is on windows 7 and parallels version 12, for some reason her parallels driver just refuses to install. I've tried updating/reinstalling the parallels tools, uninstalling the audio driver under hardware and scanning for changes so it downloads again but just craps out, ran windows update, even tried downloading the driver online....absolutely nothing is working. The only thing I haven't tried is 1) reinstalling parallels 2) upgrading to parallels version 13 or 3) rolling back windows updates for the past 2-3 months to see if one of them jacked her up.
