    Good morning,

I currently use Parallels desktop on a Macbook Pro M1 Pro chip, I bought a Parallels desktop license as well as a Windows 11 license in order to use two DMX and ILDA light control software for professional use.

Both software works very well on windows 11 in virtual machine, but the problem is that the USB devices that are associated with the software (a USB to DMX box and a USB to ILDA box) are not recognized by windows 11. What's strange is that the boxes are recognized on my pimp. It is therefore impossible for me to control my lights if my two boxes are not recognized.

The USB device drivers are well installed because they install automatically with the associated software. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the devices as well as the drivers, but they are not recognized in the Windows 11 device manager: "The drivers of this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver".

I tested the software and USB devices on a real computer with Windows 11 and everything works perfectly.

I really need your help because these software are part of my job and it is impossible for me not to be able to run them on mac OS.

Thank you for your help !

    Kind regards
