Not working since upgrade - suggestions

    Hi,
    My Mac (Late 2013 running Mojave) installed the latest Windows 10.1 and Parallels Tools (Version 14.1.3 (45485)) last week and I now have a black screen.
    When I try to close Windows it reports "Windows 10 1 is installing Parallels Tools... " but there's no sign of life.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi, did you got the same error before? Does the issue reoccur after stopping and restarting VM?
    Please reproduce the issue, generate the problem report and reply us back with the report ID number

    Bob, hi.
    Please restart your VM. (not suspend and resume as you did before). Click start on Windows side and choose restart. Or you can do the same from Action menu on top Mac menubar.
    And after restart please install Parallels Tools again.
    Let us know the results please and if the issue reoccurs generate fresh problem report right after that.
