Numero de activaciones máximo alcanzado

Buenos dias.
Estoy instalando Parallels en un nuevo Macbook y me dice que ya he superado el numero máximo de activaciones. Tengo cerradas las sesiones en los demás ordenadores, pero me sigue dando error. He desinstalado la aplicación en todos los ordenadores para solo instalarla en el nuevo Macbook, pero me sigue saliendo el error y no me deja activar la licencia.
La versión es Parallels 11.

We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

Note: Parallels Desktop 10 is not compatible with Sierra or newer macOS X versions.
