I just upgraded to Parallels 4 desktop edition for Mac. I have a Windows XP SP2 with latest updates VM, Office 2003 SP3. When I want to open a word or excel file which is located on the host Mac machine, it is taking a long time to open folders and the file. Finally once the file opens, it takes sometime for it to get activated so I can edit it. Finally, saving the file as a new file takes quite sometime as well. I did not have such issues with the same when I was on Parallels 3.0 build 5608. How do I fix this? I have tried switching to single window, coherence etc. but no improvement.
