Hi, There is a problem with first-time focus of another window after launching Word or Excel 2007. Actually I went into this problem with another application, which has the same fancy 'Ribbon' as Office 2007. Because of that, I also tried out Office 2007 and the same problem arose. To re-produce the problem, follow these steps: First start a locally installed application or just an explorer window. Then start Word or Excel 2007 and after it's done launching, click on the other window's taskbar item. It will eventually restore if it was minimized before, but opens behind the Office window. Clicking on some other (third) window ensures that Office looses it's focus, after which all work fine (until you switch back to the Office window and repeat the steps written above). Doing ALT+TAB+TAB (double TAB is unfortunately still necessary to switch over) works fine with Office 2007, but not with the program we're using. But that's less important than the "doesn't show up after clicking it's taskbar item" issue. Is there anything I can (de)activate to prevent this behaviour? Personally I think it has something to do with sending the ALT key to the active window when switching over to another window. Btw I tried this with both the current stable and beta (6.2) version (client and server). Thanks. Joost
