Now that most of us have Windows 11 installed, has anyone been able to install the latest 64-bit office in their Win 11 VMs? I did as the instructions said but still stuck on 32-bit beta channel.

No, I still have the 32 bit versions, they seem to be working well at present.

Same here, I uninstalled the 32-bit version, however the 64-bit installer still refuses to get on with it.

TBH the Office Insider blog is a complete mess, it is not clear whether you have to select the 64-bit version of the installer or not (just says 'use the current version of the installer') then today I read on the foll twitter link that they apparently announced it, but the relevant build has not yet been released o_O

Build in question should be 'Version 2107 Build 14228.20000'. I am stuck on 'Version 2107 1417.2002' - see this

Build 14228.20000 is now available (few hours later from my above post). You need to uninstall the 32-bit version, then MANUALLY choose the x64-bit installer, which will now not complain and proceed to install Version 2105 - Build 14026.20308. So now you will have x64 versions running, you just need to join Insider and do a new update.

Do you have a link to downloading the 64-bit installer? How do you manually choose the 64-bit installer?

Go to office.com, login with your 365 account, then click on the 'Install Office' button, will take you to another page where you click on 'Install Office' again. On the popup it will most probably say 'Download and Install Office' and under that 'Default version, English'. Click on the right on 'Other options', and choose on the 2nd dropdown Office 64-bit.
