I have a client who recently purchased a copy of Parallels. After installing her HP printer, the printer refuses to print. Any job which is sent to the printer gets stuck in the queue and cannot be deleted. The printer doesn't even acknowledge when a job has been sent to the printer. The printer remains silent. Are there any known issues with printers (particularly multi-function printers) and Parallels? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Roland
Your client may have corrupted the OSx driver when she installed the Windows Driver. I would recommend uninstalling the HP Driver, then uninstall and reinstall the OSX driver. Then download Bonjour For Windows from Apple.com and connect to the printer as a network printer. A search will show you several posts how to do this. This will get her print capability from Windows.
