Am I understand that Parallels has killed the functionality in the iPad app and is now charging us for what was once free? Michael
As long as you still use PD8 or earlier version and have already downloaded Te PM app it still works. There are no setting to allow the old app to work in PD9 and people have said once they have upgraded it kills the old app even when they go back to PD8. For me the old app worked great, just needed some bug fixes and most of the bugs in that program are the same as in the new PA application. I think PA and PD9 will make Parallels loose most of their customers, especially with PA being forced onto them. With all the govt spying and other security issues, having a remote control app forced installed that is autorun and hard to remove is a very bad move.
