Perhaps I'm missing some detail, but my understanding is that I'd be receiving an email with the Parallels 10 key as part of the Tech Guarantee within 7 business days. I have yet to receive an email. As an added detail, after receiving the key from OnTheHub, I entered it into the activation window within the Parallels 9 application. The activation was successful. However, my account on Parallels.com does not reflect any product activation, and an attempt to activate the product there is met with an "already activated" error -- as one might expect. Just a note, my purchase occurred on August 24th.
