Open-vm-tools and Parallels

    1. Do I need to uninstall open-vm-tools from my Linux systems that include it automatically (OpenSuSE and Debian)?
    2. So far I just have left well enough alone - do Parallels Tools coexist with the open-vm-tools and open-vm-tools-desktop?
