Order Fulfillment: no delivery

    I recently ordered the Parallels 4.0 upgrade pursuant to a Parallels e-mail notification, and have yet to receive the media. No response has been received to the query I posted via the Customer Service web service; and the order status web service disavows knowledge of the order. Here is the acknowledgment e-mail I received on 11/20/08:




    I would appreciate a timely response from a Parallels Team member.

    Nothing to do with Parallels. If you purchased Parallels Desktop from Nova then you should contact that reseller. Parallels Sales dep can assist you in case if you purchased Parallels Destop directly from our web-site

    And how do you recommend doing that? I have searched high and low for e-mail addresses that are not dead ends.

    I'll try the telephone, because I've yet to receive and e-mail response via the web link recommended (I used that last week!).
