I have a question for you guys at Parallels... With the forthcoming Parallels Server edition, are you going to support OS X Server? The new EULA for Leopard allows the OS X Server to be virtualized as long as you use a seperate license for each instance of it running. I know that out of laziness you shouldn't just sandbox services... But, for hosting, you can offer virtualized OS X servers that integrate various services (Open Directory Replication that fails over from the primary office location, iChat (Jabber), etc.) I will be offering to my community, that way the users have full root access to their machine and I don't have to sandbox in the OS, but rather at the hypervisor level. Yes, I know many, if not all, of the services are available via Linux.
I think it's best to refer to Ben Rudolph's blog on this - http://parallelsvirtualization.blogspot.com/2007/10/now-you-can-virtualize-os-x-sort-of.html Especially this part:
