I've used parallels desktop 6 for years without problem. Until now! I'm using Mac OSX 10.6.8 to run Windows 7. After a computer crash, Parallels has stopped working. "Out of disk space. Not enough free disk space on your Mac. Free some disk space on your Mac and try again." I have 500G free. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing parallels, and compressing the hard disk. That didn't work, so I uninstalled everything again and re-installed once more. Now compressing isn't possible "The disk is either plain, or dynamic, or contains no data. Such disks cannot be compressed." I have tried giving parallels more of the hard drive (it has 64GB expanding disk at the moment) but that hasn't worked. Please help. I just want to run windows again, I don't care if I lose my virtual machine.
