I have 6 MacPros running OSX 10.4.11 and Parallels 3 (build 5608) and Mac:Office 2004. The guest is XP Pro SP2. All it gets used for is basically Outlook 2003 connection to Exchange server. 1 Mac user when using a particular XP logon (roaming profiles) can't reply to HTML emails. No error comes up or is logged but for every 5 to 8 keys pressed, a ~ appears. Plain text email is OK. Using the same XP profile on another Mac running Parallels is OK. The Mac user accounts are only machine based. Copying the Virtual machine to another Mac and using the same XP account is OK. Copying a Virtual machine back to the problem Mac and using the XP account works. Using a different Mac account and the same XP account on the problem machine is OK. The Virtual machine is shared so all Mac users on the machine can run the same XP install. I have tried reinstall Outlook 2003 (XP) delete the Exchange mailbox, let the management task run and backup happen and then recreating it reinstall Parallels Tools (XP) reinstall Parallels remove any Mac:Office 2004 config files for the user on the Mac and delete any shared tools references in XP. remove any Parallels user settings The only thing I have not tried is a reinstall of Mac:Office 2004. Has anyone had a similar issue and a fix or can anyone suggest a fix? Brian
