1st, thanks for the support call yesterday. That helped with my transition to a retina device. But i've now faced with a new challenge. We do some HTML emails and have been plagued w/ the following issue: in Outlook 2007: I was able to get the images to scale, but the text will not. In the control panel, I have "size of text, and other items of the screen" setting set to 199% (why this wasn't 200, i'm not sure), but with that being set to what it is, the text in Outlook 2007 emails is small - likely unscaled. Has anyone seen this and, if so - how was it addressed?? in Outlook 2010: I'm getting the actual opposite. I was able to get the text to scale, but the images have not. Again, very bizarre seeing that I seemingly took the exact same steps. And I have the total opposite results. To add to this quagmire, a 3rd MS product - Live Mail - is behaving perfectly. Le sigh. In all cases, my environment is the following: OSX El Capitan (10.11) running Parallels version 11.0.1 (31277) which is running Windows 7. Any insight on how to resolve this would be most appreciated. I figured I would start here before of having to make any support calls. Thanks ahead of time. cheers.
