I'm running Win8.1 on a Mac OS X Mavericks.
I've noticed an annoying problem.
By default Outlook doesn't display a notification when messages are placed into a subfolder by a server-side rule. To make Outlook show the notifications I had to create a client-only rule (Display Desktop Alert). So now inside Windows Outlook shows a notification for each arriving message.
The problem is that Parallels only shows notifications in the NC for the messages that are arriving to the Inbox and is not showing anything for the subfolders. So when in Coherence and Outlook is not on the screen I can only see the notification if I switch to a Windows app.
It seems like a bug in the way parallels works with windows notifications.
Any idea on how to fix this?
