Overall performance on 14.1.3 seems slower than normal

    Parallels version 14.1.3 (45485)
    macOS Mojave version 10.14.4

    Since I updated to 14.1.3 I've noticed my Windows 10 VM's aren't quite as snappy as they used to be. The general performance is now more inline with VirtualBox - but it used to be quite a bit faster. This is with no changes other than the version upgrade.

    I have tried messing with some settings to see if I could improve performance but nothing seemed to help. Anyone else noticing this?
