P8/W8 won't run in assigned desktop

    I upgraded my Windows 7 vm from P7 to P8 today. I have always run the w7 vm in desktop 1.

    I have the W8 vm assigned to desktop 1 on my rMBP running 10.8.2. However, it starts on desktop 2 and continues to do so.

    Any ideas how to change this or is it a bug?

    Hi Lon,

    Just try to drag your virtual machine window to the desktop you want to run it on, then right-click on Parallels Desktop icon in the Dock (on the same desktop) and chose Options > Assign To > This Desktop.
