I have to write here as Parallels only offers customer support on Facebook and Twitter (Yes, Parallels haven't heard that it is called X since quite a while), which I both do not use and don't want to use. All payment e-mails I got are of course from a noreply@ address. So I have no possibility at all to reach some on from customer service? I have a paid subscription for Parallels Desktop. I last paid for it in June 2024 for 1 year in advance (via cleverbridge), so it is still valid. Since a few days parallels brings a popup that I am using a test version and only have a few days left. I am of course logged on with my parallels account there.I found this article: https://kb.parallels.com/123365 But when I logon I also cannot find a subscription there. What happend, why was it deleted?
I recently purchased a subscription from Apple App Store and a week or so later, I purchased a new Mac and I'm unable to "restore purchase" on this new machine and continue to use parallels. I'm unclear why, but can someone tell me what can I do?.
