    First, from the sticky:
    1. Mac OS Version-10.4.11
    2. Parallels Build #-wish I could give it to you, but you have to start Paralells to get it!
    3. What kind of computer-MacPro dual core 2.66
    4. Total Physical RAM-10 gig
    5. Hard Drives-sure, doesn't everyone
    6. If you are using a BootCamp configuration or not-No
    7. Did you upgrade from a BETA-No
    8. With what Build did the problem start-???
    9. If Parallels Tools are installed-N
    10. Anything you have tried to get things working-yeah, posting here.
    11. Anything specific about your set-up you think we should know-nothing special
    12. If you are crashing, upload some crash logs-NA
    13. If you are getting an error message type it in and then attach a screenshot.

"Unable to connect to Parallels Desktop.

You may experience a connection problem or your Mac may be down. Contact the Parallels support team for assistance."

(I'd love to attach a screen shot, but it's on my desktop, and not at a url...)

    14. If you are having issues with a specific component (i.e. mouse, keyboard, monitor) tell us what it is.

    OK...so why doesn't it work?

And...why can't I register my product using the supplied activation key? Or do I need some other sort of number, and if so, then where do I get that?

    Hello?

Hey, at least at Telestream the moderator comes on to let you know they care.

Does anyone at Paralells care that I'm about a week away from purchasing VMWare Fusion?

Is there a moderator or support person in da haus?
