I'm unable to install Parallel Tools, I contact support and opened up a ticket (#1121619), I received probably what could be the worst support ever in the history of IT, even if this was an ID10T error, which it is not, not to mention the one response per day is not cutting it Back to the issue. I had an issue with a u3 usb stick, I was instructed to uninstall Parallel Tools, and reinstall, I can't even reinstall at this point. After reading the forum threads for the past three days, I can't seem to find a similar installation issue, although I've tried solutions for other installation issues with no luck. I try simply to install via the Parallels Desktop menu clicking on the little gear at the bottom right. I get no error message at all except for the attached screen shots. I've done everything from remove the folder in the windows guest account in Program files to removing the all parallel tools entries. Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated.
