Parallels 10.4 won't start

    I'm on Mac OS 10.15.6, and I tried to launch Parallels desktop for Mac v10.4 and it begins launching and then freezes. It was working prior to this, but I haven't used it in a few months. I don't have my original download to re-install it as it was purchased in 2015. I recently moved it from one computer to another and was granted access to use it on this new computer earlier this year and it worked fine.

    Hello, looks like you're using old Parallels Desktop version that doesn't compatible with macOS 10.15.
    Please share with us your Parallels Desktop version/or license key (via the private message)
