Parallels 10 Has Morphed To A Huge Size On My HD

    Hi
    Parallels 10 is now taking up 322gb on my hardrive.
    I have multiple "Parallels VM hard disk image" files on my HD
    Can these be deleted? What are they exactly?
    I back up with Time Capsule, does that have anything to do with it?
    Would appreciate some advice. Thanks
