Hi, I'm trying to activate my Parallels 10 license on my old macbook but it fails and asks to forward an email to activatepd@parallels.com, but Parallels seems to have shut off that email address. Can someone from Parallels help me?
It should be illegal for Parallels to single-sidedly shut off valid licenses, even these licenses are for old products. I'm having issues activating PD9 and PD10 valid licenses. PD support tried various random "fixes" and couldn't make it work. Then they just said "it doesn't work" and closed my support ticket.
It is illegal because when they were purchased, there is certain time limitation, and they were marketed as "permanent" licenses.
