I had to force Parallels to quite and now when I try to restart it, I get a conflicting applications window asking me to shut down Parallels Virtual Machine. At the same time a small window opens with the spinning wheel saying Parallels Desktop. - Either opening or shutting down. This window is hung up and never stops spinning. I don't know how to stop this program from running. Any idea on what to do?

Download Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac : www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd10 And install it.
