Parallels 11 and El Capitan; can't find psf and can't install Parallel tools

I upgraded to El Capitan and have successfully installed (kinda) Parallels. I can run Office etc, but cannot access the common folder, psf, where all my documents are at nor can I install tools.

About the psf folder, I can see my Excel and Word files in Mac finder but when I click on psf in windows it says it can't find the path.

About Parallel tools, it gets to 69% installed and then says there was an error. Rebooted and won't install. Turned off Kaspersky, rebooted and retried but same result. The Windows temp file says I don't have a PS2 device and gives a error(258) code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
