Hi, folks, I purchased PDFOpenPro as part of the Parallels 11 bundle on 12/1/15 and unable to register it. To provide a little more detail, I downloaded the zip file for Mavericks (10.9.5) and installed it. When I run it, it asks me to register. I type in my name (as recorded on my Parallels-Cleverbridge order-invoice) and the product key on that document, but the "Register" button stays inactive. I can click "Demo" and it seems to function (but in demo mode). If I can click "Email My Serial #" it generates an email to me which reports no known purchases to my email address. Can you suggest what I can do to register my copy of PDFOpenPro? (I also want to say I'm a little distressed that I can't find a way to send a support request to Parallels other than Twitter, which I am not about to join.) Thanks, Chuck
