I've been a happy customer for over 5 years. I've evangelized your product and faithfully upgraded my license regularly, and I've never been disappointed. Until now.

I was seconds away from upgrading to Parallels 11 when I discovered that you've actually removed the command line tools and therefore compatibility with Vagrant. (https://github.com/Parallels/vagrant-parallels) in what is now called the "standard edition."

You now expect me to pay you $99/year to use features I've relied upon for years. I've published open-source Vagrant recipes for others to use, which I've advertised to run on Parallels.

As I prepare to upgrade several virtual machines to Windows 10, I'm afraid it's time to switch to your competitor. I strongly urge you to reconsider your decision to offer a crippled product as a paid "upgrade."
