Parallels 11 pro switching monitor order on boot

Ever since I upgraded to 11 pro each time I start windows (8.1) my monitors are in the wrong order and all of my desktop icons move. I have my monitors set up with monitor 2 on the left and monitor 1 on the right... nothing has change in my configuration of windows, mac os, or parallels... except that I upgraded to 11 pro from 10 standard... In 10 I never had this issue... Now any time I boot up windows it sets monitor 1 to the left and monitor 2 to the right....

Any clue on what I can do to get parallels to remember my setup??
