I'm trying to install Kubuntu on Parallels 12.1.1 and after the ISO boots it shows a splash screen but then it crashes before the main installer loads. The image and install sequence work fine in Virtual Box so it appears to be a parallels issue. Do you have any idea how to diagnose/debug - after the crash the VM is pretty unresponsive to everything.
