Parallels 17.1.2 just installed on new MBP and not loading

    Hopefully something simple, Ive downloaded Parallels 17.1.2 for the third time and installed it but this keeps happening. it starts up and wont go past page in the photo.

    If someone could please help. cant find anything on the troubleshooting pages and cannot contact parallels. Screen Shot 2022-03-31 at 11.04.04 am.png
