I bought Parallels 17 a couple of weeks ago been given a product key and have been enjoying it since. Yesterday the program suggested I update to 18 - I did and found that I was now on a TRAIL - I tried the product key - No good, out of date. Anyone any idea how I get the product back?
I have a trial account and was asked to update it, which I did yesterday. Since then I have a black screen. What should I do?
Hello, As a first troubleshooting step, we suggest you to reset the virtual machine (Actions > Reset) If resetting the virtual machine does not fix the issue, kindly reinstall Parallels Tools (Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools).
