parallels 4.0 toolbar

Hi all. I was wondering if there was a way to revert the older style toolbar where the Start, Shutdown, Suspend, Configure buttons were located on the right side? The 4.0 version takes up a lot of space on the top. I would rather have it as small buttons on the right margin than taking up valuable space on the screen. I looked but it doesn't seem like we can set this. This seems like a major set back. I would like to know if this can be changed. Thanks in advance.
