Three days ago I upgraded to Parallels 4.0 (Build 4.0.3522), running Vista SP1. The upgrade and VM conversion succeeded, and the first two days everything worked okay. However, starting yesterday I started receiving this message every hour or so: Unable to access Hard Disk 1 An error occurred when accessing the hard disk. Error ID: Input/output error. I am able to dismiss the message and continue running Vista. However, after a few times of seeing this message, Vista goes into a blue screen, reporting the error: kernel_data_inpage_error and mentions a problem with ntfs.sys. The VM then terminates and restarts. Any ideas how to fix this?
