Parallels 5 beta: Windows applications minimize on start to the dock!

    I have the following issue that when starting WinXP applications they minimize directly to the dock instead of showing up in the front on the desktop. To use the application I have to click on it´s icon in the dock! This applies as it seems only to some Microsoft applications within XP. (e.g.Windows Explorer, Control Panel).
