hi all, i recently upgraded to parallels 5. after starting win xp parallels tries to connect to a network drive, that's long been disabled in os x. win xp freezes, then 2-3 (mac-) error messages pop up and then it's fine. but every time you open the explorer or browse the file system from within windows programs, win xp freezes again for 30-60 seconds because it tries to connect to that drive. i've removed the drive from windows and also unchecked 'auto search for network drives'. i've no idea what it could be, my best guess is that it's a parallels configuration problem. thanks for your help, tgr8F
