I have been running 5.0 with several versions of Ubuntu and have been really pleased with the seamless support for it in Parallels 5. I have just needed to go back to an older release and while it installed and is operational just fine I can't install the tools from V5. The virtual CD mounts but the file names are all hieroglyphics. I assume this is something to do with disk format or character set used but I could do with a pointer to get this sorted out. Thanks in advance.
