Parallels 6 Parallels Tools with Ubuntu 12

Hello,

how do I install Parallels Tools in Ubuntu 12? When I click in the parallels menu on "install Parallels tools" it tells me to type "sudo ./install" in the ubuntu terminal. If I do so, the terminal tells me that it is an unknown command. There is also no virtual CD mounted in Ubuntu with parallels tools on it.
