it keeps complaining that the log file or directory is missing, shouldn't it just auto create the dir and file when the msi is being unbundled and installed? I've tried both from the Parallels 6 (Mac) dvd and from a downloaded version (11990) also while it tries to see if there is an update available it seems to fail for some reason .. although doesn't appear to be a network thing since all other access seems fine.
