I recently upgraded to lion. Parallels 6 does not like lion. It dies as soon as I try to start it. The parallels window is up for a second and it says the bootcamp partition is bad....or something like that.

Today I upgraded to parallels 7. Problem not solved. Tried to submit a problem report. Safari hangs during the process and I don't think the report is submitted.

    The problem is this:

    1. Try io run parallels 7
    2. The parallels 7 window comes up for a second, then it dies.
    3. There is a message that says my bootcamp partition is not supported.
    4. I know there is a fix for this but the fix requires I get into the parallels menu and do things but that is impossible for me because parallels closes.

I have two vm. One is a vm breated from the boot camp. The other is an xp vm. For some reason parallels 7 and 6 are trying to automatically start the bad boot camp vm.

Can you help? Parallels is useless to me unless I can fix this.

I've tried using the command line to remove auto start. Did not work. And to remove the boot camp vm, did not work either. Also no .pvm in user/documents/parallels.

I have also created a problem report from the command line. It is 4.5 mb. Too large to attach to this message. If anyone needs it, let me know how to submit it.

    Thanks!
