Parallels 9 to 12 Upgrade...HELP!

    I purchased an upgrade copy of parallels 12 to be able to run on the new macOS Sierra.

    However, because I had Parallels 9, I realized AFTER I purchased the upgrade, that I need to get a FULL version. :confused:

    Is there anyway to pay the difference and to get the full version? I need this ASAP!
