Parallels 9 Windows Server 2012 Essentials Install / Configure Issue

When installing Windows Server 2012 Essentials on Parallels v9 the installation/server configuration fails. The install seems to go smoothly until the Setupmon.exe is called to setup the server. It errors out and you end up on the Server Desktop with an server half setup. I then try to manually kick off Setupmon.exe (run as administrator) which then kicks off the server setup. After entering the Domain, Server name, Administrator, and user information the setup continues only to error out part of the way through with a generic error... "An error occurred while setting up your server" The only option is to reboot. I have run through it several times with the same result.

I am using the Server 2012 Essentials ISO, I have set it up to run like a PC, Windows 8 look, and I have modified the settings for 2GB of memory and a 100GB HD.

The same install works perfectly in VMware Fusion 5.

I was able to get it to work by doing a manual install. I also had to make sure the HD was set above the minimum of 90GB. I set my HD to 100GB.
