Parallels Access: iPad to PC Windows 7 initally working fine, now unable to access.

Initial installation on iPad2 & PC Windows was successful and working well. Now can't access PC from iPad. First message: "unable to connect; ports not open, must set ports correctly on both devices.". Now says Offline, even though both iPad and PC are on. Has anyone had similar experience? How can I get the system back up and running?

Network ports should be open to ensure stable connection for Parallels Access.
