Whether accessing a Windows or Mac remote computer via direct hard-wired gigabit ethernet, the web console is very slow. It takes 5-7 seconds to update a single window on the client. By contrast the iOS Parallels Access app via WiFi is very fast. The lag for an update is minimal. This is accessing the same remote computers and doing the same graphical operations. Is is normal for the web console to be this slow? It cannot be a network issue since (a) It's gigabit ethernet, and (b) The iOS version is fast. Tested on both Windows 10 via Chrome and macOS 10.12.4 via Safari 10.1. Parallels Access 3.2.0.
Hi @JoeM1 please try to clear cache and cookies on both chrome and safari and let us know if that makes any changes.
