First of all, I have to apology for my poor english because it is not my native language. I try my best to describe the problem I've got.

While using parallels access to connect to my mac, I need to type traditional chines by Zhuyin. I found some weird situation while I typed.

For example, when I finish my typing and want to press return key to confirm the typing, parallels access does not pass the signal to my remote mac. Instead, parallels access just print out those Zhuyin symbols. But I can easily confirm what I type in iPad.

Moreover, when I find out that I type something wrong and want to correct it with delete key, parallels access does not delete the wrong one. It delete the contents before the cursor.

I know it's maybe really hard to understand what I mention above, so I make a small clip and hope this clip will help you understand what I mean.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi, Manoj

Thanks for your reply and the link you provide.

Unfortunately, that KB does not solve my problem.

I really look forward to the fully support of typing tradition Chinese with Zhuyin.

    Hello.
As your Technical Support Engineer suggest, it might be quicker for the support team to solve my question if I post my issue here while he keeps tracking my tickets by Parallels Support Web.
I post my clips which I recorded for Technical Support Engineer yesterday right here and hope experts and support team could solve this problem.
    1st clip
    https://db.tt/w5gYpyrO

The first 15 seconds shows that after typing a punctuation, strange things happen.
Begin with 16 seconds, it shows that if I type something wrong and want to correct it with delete key, Parallels Access could not recognise it correctly.
    2nd clip

In this case, I could type Traditional Chinese with Zhuyin smoothly and correctly in iPad's note app.
It's a good example of typing Traditional Chinese with Zhuyin.
    3rd clip

Asked by your TSE, I recreate the problem by using iPad's virtual keyboard and OSX TextEdit app.
I also test the word choosing function in the third clip.
As you can see in the clip, if I use left or right arrow to choose the words that I want, Parallels Access could not get what I really want.
    Thanks.
