Parallels always ask for login, activation and disable the Private Relay.

I have standard PD version 20 with permanent license. For a couple of days every time I start the program it asks me to log in and then activate the license. Furthermore, the private relay is disabled at each startup. All of this, I repeat, did not happen until a couple of days ago and my system has not undergone any changes in the installed software or operating system updates or anything else. Hence the doubt that all this is connected on the server side by Parallels. I tried different settings both on the parallels options on the mac and on the parallels user page but nothing changed. I found a KB that tells you to delete the license.xml file but this file does not exist in the folder indicated in the KB.
