Parallels and Windows 7 XP Mode

    Any help would be great. I currently swtiched from Fusion because it is very slow and so far love Parallels, but XP Mode does not start in Windows 7. It worked fine in Fusion. Please help me because I really need it so I can run NCSS for my statistics.
