parallels cannot find window 10 on my USB

    I have successfully installed Parallels. I also bought window 10 which comes with a USB. When I start to create a new VM, Parallel just cannot find the OS from my USB.

    @YanC1 You have to select virtual machine configuration dialog switch to Hardware tab > Boot Order > check External device > set External boot device to appropriate Windows 10 USB installation drive.Please refer to this article to fix the issue.
