    Hi,
Using this client on the Mac and it frequently (half a dozen times a day) drops the connection to the Windows desktop at our work - but only when the Mac firewall is on (I read some threads elsewhere that suggested turning off the Mac firewall). That is, if the firewall is off, no problems. If on, get frequent drops. See attached error message.
    - Mac version 15.1 Parallels client version 19.3.24519
Also, tried to run the following terminal command on the Mac to fetch the license key but it complained that it could not find "prlsrvctl":
    prlsrvctl info --license
    Any ideas?

Hello, sadly we cannot do anything from the client side with these connection drops right now, it is a known issue in macOS, hopefully it would be fixed in the next release of macOS.

As for `prlsrvctl` command, it is a part of Parallels Desktop, do you have Parallels Desktop installed?

I am covering the help desk for a while for the regular IT guy at this company (I am more of a programmer) so not totally sure. I think it is just called Parallels client (used for RDC to a Win desktop only). Attaching screenshot. AmandasParallels.PNG AmandasParallels.PNG

Is there anything built into this client to fetch the serial number via. a terminal command?

Yes, this is a Parallels Client app, you can find more information in the about screen of the app once you run it.

Which serial number do you mean? If you are talking about prlsrvctl info --license command and serial it returns, it is a part of the other application, Parallels Desktop.

Parallels Client doesn't have any command line utilities.

Well, at first I was trying to create a support ticket but it seemed to require a serial number to do so. And it seemed that the previous IT guy did not record the serial numbers for the software anywhere and so I was trying to retrieve them somehow. But since have been fairly responsive on the forum, maybe I do not need a support ticket (but I would probably need the serial number to upgrade the client, correct?)

Are the downloads there available there to anyone who has a previous version? or if I try to install it, is it going to ask me for a serial number to continue the install?

I am experiencing this exact same disconnect issue (0x0404) with a client of ours using MacOS. Can you expand on the "known issue" and what the fix from MacOS would be? Is there a link or documentation on this issue?
